SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1-3 business days processing time for your order to be shipped. During holidays orders may need increased processing time due to higher order volume. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

Please note that the time in transit does not include order processing time before shipment or the time that customs takes to release an international order. Once a package has been shipped, all shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of damaged products. If an item is defective, please email lovelyandmeco@gmail.com indicating your name, order number, and a photo of the product. Defective items must be addressed within 30 days from the day of purchase. If the product is deemed defective by Lovely & Me Cosmetics, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.

 

Customers are responsible for the return-shipping fee, and it is not refundable. Refunds for a defective product will be made in the original form of payment and will be issued to the person documented on the original order. Please note, we only accept returns from Lovely & Me Cosmetic orders. In the event of a delay, lost or stolen packages, please fill out a claim with the delivery carrier to locate your order as soon as possible. Once a claim has been filed, please provide us with the claim information. Once we receive the results of the claim, we will proceed accordingly.
